With decades of combined experience in economic, workforce and community development, small business and entrepreneur coaching as well as grant writing, they bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fostering growth to every project they undertake.

RENEE SMITH
Renee has over 15 years of experience in grant writing, economic development, and nonprofit leadership. She has led initiatives that drive workforce development, community revitalization, and organizational growth. With deep knowledge of public funding, land reuse strategies, and cross-sector collaboration, Renee is known for helping communities unlock resources and achieve sustainable impact.
SARAH STEPHENS KRUPP
Sarah has spent 10+ years as a Chamber and Small Business Director and nearly three years in economic development. Her work focuses on entrepreneurship, placemaking, brand development, and high-impact events that drive momentum and economic vitality. She specializes in aligning vision with strategy to help communities and businesses move forward with purpose.
Together, they created Thrive Community Partners to help local leaders uncover opportunity, build aligned strategies, and drive bold, lasting, change.
